The game has potential. My biggest gripe is I dislike not having a health bar. It's not clear at a glance how close you are to dying, so when you do die it feels kind of random.

I found that each time the game restart the health boxes are still there.

So I decide to challge my self to get to 100 health boxes.

But the game decide to stop me, because when I kill all the enemies in the final room, it does not reset.

Why this guy drop 2 guns? 🤣

And again?!

I know it is a topdown shooter. But what is the aim of the game?

Is it to kill all of them?

And also, when I boot it up.

My charcter is a bit damaged.

So the aim of the game is just to present the basic enemy ai and gunplay of the game as its just a demo for a future game. You are damaged on loadup of the game to show you how to heal.

A Pause menu will be nice. (So you could take a break)

good idea I'll add that asap

When I'm playing I found that there is shield and healing.

If I know it in the start that would be great. 😐

(Thanks for the tuorial! It made me understand the game more!)

Really liking this demo, It's honestly fun to play even if it's short and shows potential. A couple small things i noticed from playing through it a couple times:

- There's no indication for how far away you can pick up guns from. While it's nice that there's an F above them to indicate you can pick them up, it would be good to know exactly when you're close enough to pick it up. Often found myself standing very close to a gun and holding F, feeling i should definitely be able to pick it up but not actually being able to.

*suggestion:* Maybe make the F only visible when you're close enough to pick up the gun since you already have the "shine" effect going on, telling the player you can interact with it? Or maybe an outline when you're close enough? Just something that informs the player that they're in range

- It definitely feels like it's possible to get unlucky and not get any gun or ammo drops from the first area, making it impossible to beat the second area.

suggestion: Maybe make it so that each area has a predefined minimum amount of items that can be dropped? like X amount of ammo, X amount of guns, and assigning it to random enemies that are spawned in that area. Maybe even making it drop from specific enemies?

- Aiming with right click feels pretty useless, unsure if it even makes a difference. Maybe it makes me more accurate, but i honestly can't tell and choose not to use it because of that.

- Didn't realise I had a shield. While i do like the idea of having a shield when using your pistol, i didn't realise i even had it until me second or third playthrough after reading through the description.

*suggestion:* Maybe make it more obvious that you can shield when you have the pistol equipped, perhaps by having a shield on your back or something?

- Just like the shield, i didn't realise i could change fire mode on the gun until after i read the description. Pretty neat that I can, but don't see much point to it in the current demo, but maybe you have a reason planned for it in the future.

Overall i think it's a really great vertical slice with some great sound effects and art, but maybe you're missing some way to introduce the player to the different niche mechanics.  But you seem to definitely be on the right track with it. The sound effects are great and make it seem more professional :)

I really appreciate the feedback, will be implementing these suggestions soon!

Very short but I liked it! Just something when I try to headshot, the bullets often go through the head

sorry about that fixing that asap!

Looks really cool 🔥

Very polished game.
But it will be better if there is a tutorial.
I'm confusied at the start.
And it's really hard.

Just set up a tutorial, thanks for the feedback!
